This one is easy and always a crowd pleaser. Don't forget pork tenderloins usually come 2 in a package. I use half the amount of pork and bacon (go ahead and make all the sauce) if it's just for the 4 of us, and there are still lots of leftovers.
Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
serves 10
Ingredients:4 pork tenderloins8-10 bacon slices1/2 cup soy sauce1 tablespoon minced onion1 clove garlic1 tablespoon vinegar1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp seasoned salt1/2 cup sugar
Wrap each tenderloin with baconSecure with toothpicksMix all other ingredientsPour over meatRefrigerate ~4 hours
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until internal meat temp reaches 170, turning once and basting several times
I like to garnish it with scallions for a little color.
We like it with rice and sautéed broccoli =)
